-osis, -iasis

-osis/-iasis mean an abnormal condition or process (Greek).

"OH-sis / EYE-uh-sis." Coach: "This ending labels a condition; the root tells you which one."

Examples: cyanosis, fibrosis, necrosis, psychosis, thrombosis.
